Indian cricket fans have a big reason to be excited. The Indian men’s cricket team will tour England in July 2025 for a limited-overs series. The tour will include five T20 Internationals and three One Day Internationals (ODIs). The full schedule has been announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).

T20I Series Schedule
India’s tour will begin with the T20 series starting on 1st July 2025. The first match will be played in Durham. The remaining four T20 matches will take place at:

- 7 July – Nottingham
- 9 July – Bristol
- 11 July – Southampton
The five-match T20 series will test both teams’ strength in the shortest format. India and England have always played thrilling T20 games, and fans can expect another exciting contest.
ODI Series Schedule
After the T20 matches, the focus will shift to the three-match ODI series, starting from 14 July. The ODI schedule is as follows:
- 14 July – Birmingham
- 16 July – Cardiff
- 19 July – Lord’s (London)
Lord’s, the historic cricket ground, will host the final match of the ODI series. Matches in Birmingham and Cardiff are also expected to be high-energy games.
This tour will help both teams prepare for future international events. For India, it will be a good chance to test young talents and strong bench players under English conditions.

Indian Women’s Team Will Also Tour England
It’s not just the men’s team. The Indian women’s cricket team will also visit England in May and June 2025. The women’s tour will include a three-match T20I series and one Test match.
The T20I matches are scheduled as follows:
- 28 May – Chelmsford
- 30 May – Bristol
- 2 June – Taunton
The only Test match of the women’s tour will be played at Lord’s from 10 July. This will be a special occasion, as women’s Tests at Lord’s are rare and celebrated.
The Indian women’s team recently finished a successful limited-overs tour of England and will look to build on that momentum in 2025.
England’s Other Home Series in 2025
Alongside the India series, England’s men’s team will also host New Zealand and Pakistan for Test matches. England’s white-ball squad, led by Harry Brook, will play against both India and Sri Lanka in T20 and ODI formats.

At present, India’s men’s team is already in England for a Test series, and the players are adapting well to the English conditions. Meanwhile, India’s women’s team recently finished their limited-overs tour of England.
